RENTAL KIT CONTENTS AND PORTABLE BATTERY OPTION: The Tandberg Tactical II rental kit(s) includes an AC/DC adapter, DC
"car" adapter, two ISDN/Ethernet cables, privacy headset, user guide, and a Pelican transport case. The 7E Talking Head rental kit(s) include an AC/DC adapter and DC "car"
adapter.
An optional
portable lead acid battery and LED area lighting
system is available.
T1 H.323 HUB SERVICES:
Outfitter Satellite maintains a hub connected to a T1 dedicated line with a static IP address. Renters can use the hub on a first-come first-serve basis to conference up to three
H.323 video sites.
NEXT DAY DELIVERY: Delivery in the continental US via Federal Express is usually within 24 hours. Saturday delivery, special courier
same day delivery, and international delivery are available.

Support is available for all equipment 7-days per week. After hours technical support is available by phone during daylight hours in central standard time.
* PEAK SEASON RATES: For many of our rental products,
the lowest rates occur between October 2 and May 31. Rates are slightly higher during our peak season which is June 1 through October 1. In the above table, we have
shown only the lowest
rates available on the rental agreements. Eligibility for a particular
rate depends on the duration of your rental, whether the rental is taking place
during peak season or off-peak season, and the amount of prepaid usage purchased,
minimum of 4 day rental period.
